By accessing and using the thogreonmychep.world website and our custom clothing upcycling and decoration services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Statutory rights: If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (including the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, as described, and fit for purpose). Where you commission bespoke or custom-made work, certain rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 may not apply to the extent that goods are made to your specification; we will inform you of any such implications when you place an order.

Our Services

Thogreonmychep provides custom clothing upcycling, decoration, and embellishment services. Our services include:

Custom embroidery and stitching on garments and accessories
Upcycling and transformation of existing clothing items
Application of patches, beading, and other decorative elements
Garment repair with visible mending techniques
Design consultations for custom projects

Ordering and Payments

All custom work requires a consultation and quote before commencement. By accepting a quote, you enter into an agreement with us for the described work at the stated price. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due upon completion.

Pricing

Prices are quoted in British Pounds and are valid for 30 days from the date of quote. Complex projects may require revised quotes if the scope changes during consultation.

Client Responsibilities

When commissioning work, you agree to:

Provide garments in a clean condition suitable for work
Disclose any known damage, stains, or fabric sensitivities
Provide clear instructions and reference materials for custom designs
Respond promptly to queries during the project
Collect or arrange shipping for completed items within 30 days of notification

Intellectual Property

All original designs created by Thogreonmychep remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You grant us permission to photograph and share images of completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

While we take great care with every item, handcrafted work on existing garments involves inherent risks. We are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage or defects not disclosed before work commences
Natural wear and degradation of vintage or delicate fabrics
Colour variations due to fabric properties
Items left uncollected beyond 60 days after completion notification

Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed. We recommend insuring valuable items before sending them to our studio.

Warranty

We guarantee our workmanship for six months from completion. If embellishments come loose or stitching fails under normal wear within this period, we will repair the item at no additional cost.

Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
Transmit harmful code or interfere with website operation
Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without permission
