Timelines and Process

What to expect from start to finish.

Most projects take between 1-4 weeks depending on complexity. Simple embellishments may be completed sooner, while detailed embroidery or multi-technique work requires more time.
When our schedule permits, we can accommodate rush requests for an additional fee. Please mention your deadline when you contact us to check availability.
For larger projects, we provide photo updates at key stages. This allows you to see the work developing and request any adjustments before completion.

Care and Aftercare

Keeping your custom pieces looking their best.

Care instructions vary by technique. We provide specific guidance with every completed piece. Generally, we recommend turning items inside out, washing on gentle cycles, and avoiding tumble drying.
We stand behind our work. If any embellishment comes loose within six months under normal wear, bring it back and we will repair it at no additional cost.
Yes, many clients return to add more details or new elements to their pieces over time. We keep records of previous work to ensure consistency.
